    Had a foot reflexology treatment with Juan. It was wonderful. Felt like I had a full massage! Juan was personable, professional and would highly recommend him.

    Sidney- That's actually incorrect. The storm began that morning and schools were closing for the afternoon / requesting parents pickup early (not planned) because it was getting so bad. Oh yeah the best part is that I actually just rescheduled it for the very next day and you still wanted to charge me a $100 cancel fee in addition to the $250 facial I was getting. It's a no for me, Sid.

    I had a birthday spa day gifted to me by my boyfriend and overall it was amazing I had the most amazing time with the staff! I had a facial, massage, mani/pedi. Everything was perfect except the mani pedi service. He paid extra for quick dry nail polish and was so excited but it was the most awful mani pedi I have ever received. My nails had bubbles and she completely filled away my square shape. I have had better service at the local hood spot. She made no real attempt to fix my nails and I was too relaxed to be like hey someone needs to fix this. I wouldn't recommend them for a mani/pedi. I was highly disappointed and still left the nail tech alone with a $66 tip just to be courteous Update: I was contacted and went back to have this service redone and when I tell you I am booking another appointment with Maria. Not only did she do a fabulous job but the way they handled this showed truly amazing customer service and care for customers. I appreciate them so much. I already had a great experience with my massage and facial but now I have that with my nails. Now I can go to one place for all my needs and know that the money I'm spending is for a quality service. 10/10 go visit!
